MEDIATOR PANEL & EXPERIENCE LEVEL: All mediations and arbitrations arranged through this Service are conducted by lawyers.

RESULTS: 80% of the disputes mediated through this Service settle at the conclusion of the mediation. Of the remaining 20% approximately half settle within ten days, thereby producing an effective settlement rate of approximately 90%.
AVERAGE LENGTH OF A MEDIATION PROCEEDING:
Some mediation proceedings are concluded in half a day (approximate 4 hours). Larger or more complex cases will typically take no more than one business day (6-8 hours) to complete.
SETTING UP A CASE: The Service's Administrative Assistants will do the leg work to arrange and schedule the mediation proceedings.
